Refund policy

We are proud of the fact that in all of the years that we have been selling photography, we have never had a request for a refund. Since all of our photos are custom orders, returns are not allowed.

We have never had a piece of artwork delivered damaged or broken. However, in the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, we will be happy to replace it at no cost to you. We require that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery of the damaged product, in order to have a replacement shipped out. We will also need a copy of the shipping invoice along with photos of the damaged product.
